The Regular Test For Customer Engineers in Ricoh Vietnam
On Saturday, October 26, Ricoh Vietnam organized an Engineer Skills Test Day to improve service quality and commitment to the best service for our customers. The Skills Test Day took place at the Ricoh Customer Service Center in Ho Chi Minh City, which is designed to improve service quality, customer experience and optimize operational efficiency.
The Skills Test Day includes activities:
- Assessment of basic technical knowledge related to software, hardware, and engineering principles.
- The supervisory team will test the customer service engineer's practical skills in repairing and maintaining hardware.
- Assessment of the ability to install and configure software on computers or systems.
Through testing and evaluation, the skills of Ricoh customer care engineers will improve their ability to accurately diagnose errors, repair or replace multi-function printer components, ensuring time efficiency for customers, safety in operation and the ability to handle arising problems.
