At the customer services centre, Ricoh will produce the Greenline remanufactured machine for the first time in Vietnam, marking an important step forward for Ricoh and its customers.

For the first time in Vietnam, Ricoh introduced 2 Greenline production lines capable of producing about 15 machines per month. The Greenline series of remanufacturing machines demonstrates Ricoh's commitment to sustainable and high-quality manufacturing processes.

Instead of configuring the machine at the customer's site, we implement the pre-configuration process at the production line. This method minimizes installation time for customers, improving both the service delivery process and the overall customer experience.
