Announcement: Stop providing Onsite Service due to Directive 16 in Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Noi
The Covid-19 epidemic is complicated in Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi and neighboring provinces. The government has also requested to follow Directive No.16 which restricts requested people to go out to prevent the pandemic.
In an effort to maintain service to our customers, we expect our customers to cooperate to:
- Option 1: Customers to conduct simple error handling under the remote support of Ricoh technical staff. Supplies will be sent to your company through a delivery service.
- Option 2: In case customers cannot handle solving issues by yourselves, Ricoh will send on-site support personnel. However, the mobilization of personnel will take longer which depending on the actual situation. In this case, please send official request to Ricoh to support us in traveling to your sites.
Ricoh call for your cooperation to select Option 1 to get the issue solved as soon as possible. However, according to Directive 16, transportation and service provision are strictly limited to the maximum, so in case of force majeure, we would like to stop providing onsite services (replace with support services from away) until the situation is better.
Ricoh Vietnam sincerely sorry for these unexpected restrictions and the inconvenience that may causes.
